Tiny Snack Sized Episode with ME!!

This week it’s a nice little snack size episode chatting about all things food tv and recipes I have made recently and think are worth making for sure. It’s been a hell of a month and the weather and my emotions were screaming feed me cozy food so the recipes below are kind of cozy, kind of comforting but VERY delish!
Butter Cauliflower and Chickpeas with Mint Chutney - my god is this good and would be great with chicken too!
Chicken Tikka Masala - make the full mise of the masala paste and freeze half of it.
The Quickest Udon and Pork Noodles - if you are a cabbage lover add in the entire small/medium head because it’s SO DELISH!
This Saucy Chickpea Dish - USE GOOD DRIED BEANS!!!! Don’t skimp on this. And I love some crunchy bread and/or a short pasta. For the beans, I love Simpli or Rancho Gordo
This chopped Asian Chicken Salad - it will be in the monthly rotation for sure
This Chicken and Dumplings - I used a rotisserie chicken to make it even easier
