Season 3, Episode 9: I took notes so you didn’t have to…. So grab your apron and let's get into it!

Eeeeeek!!! I am back! It feels so good to be back let me tell you! I decided to take the summer off from podcasting and you know what? I really missed you guys!!! Life was just whirling by and I needed some time to regroup and refocus on things here and well, simply enjoy the summer. And boy oh boy did I! I can’t wait to chat more about it in upcoming episodes. So thank you so much for being here, for listening and cooking beside me. It means so much!

This week it’s all about end of summer produce. It’s all about Tomatoes, Corn and Eggplants today! Now I know in the episode I believe I talk about Tomatoes being one of my favorite vegetables, now I know they are technically a fruit so please hold off on sending in comments on that. I do believe that they transcend categories though and are JUST AMAZING!!!!
