Hey hey hey! Friends! Omg I have been cooking so much here at home. I mean I am always cooking here but sometimes what I cook can be hit or miss but lately, lately it’s been winner after winner so I just had to share.
Recipes:
Alison Roman’s Harissa Eggplant from the Dining In cookbook. It’s SOOOOOO good.
NYTC - Roasted Cabbage with Parm, Anchovy and Walnuts - good god is this delicious!

Salad’s that Don’t Suck on TikTok - Air Fried Tofu, Crunch Salad
Butternut Squash Soup with Red Lentils, really good but needed to add more liquid because it did get thick. Also I didn’t follow this recipe to the letter. I used different flavor profiles and leaned into more ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg kind of vibes. The texture was pretty spot on though.
King Arthur Recipe of the Year - Chocolate Chip Cookies, Oh MY GOD make these cookies. Follow the recipe and make these cookies. I will say I have frozen the cookie dough into pucks and they do bake up fine but the first time I baked them before I froze them was the best for sure.
